O2 Consulting Group was founded in 2017 with the vision of optimizing an organization’s operational performance for successful and sustainable growth.

For more than 40 years the O2 Consulting Group leadership worked side by side with brilliant CEOs – CEOs with incredible creativity, passion and the desire to accomplish the extraordinary. Our story begins with a reflection on those years and the same CEOs that struggled to execute those visions in the absence of a rock solid operational foundation – people, processes and systems that ensured their organization’s long-term success.
